How can I place an order?

Please place your order through our online shop. If you would like to make changes to a piece of furniture, we may be able to provide a different price quote. In this case, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email for further information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, Pay Pal, Apple Pay and other payment options.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes, orders can be cancelled without any problem up until delivery. If the furniture has already been delivered, you can return it within 30 days, but there will be a charge for collection.

How is the delivery date agreed upon?

After receiving your order, we will arrange a delivery date with you within 2 weeks. Delivery usually takes place within 3 weeks, but in rare cases it can take up to 5 weeks. If there are any delays, we will of course inform you immediately. You are also welcome to contact us at any time to arrange an individual delivery date.

How is the furniture delivered and assembled?

As a family business, we deliver personally and free of charge throughout Germany. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us and to be able to look forward to a convenient and safe delivery of your furniture.

What happens if the piece of furniture doesn't fit in my room?

If you have any doubts about whether the piece you have chosen will fit into your four walls, we will be happy to help you make a good decision. We are very familiar with all kinds of antique furniture and their biggest enemy: the staircase. We will not only help you to correctly estimate the dimensions, but will also be happy to give you tips for a beautiful living area.
